Incremental flexographic processor for both analogues and digital plates, in 3 different sizes.
- Pre-wash section for digital plates with black mask removal;
- Washing using rotating and oscillating brushes;
- Heater / cooler for solvent temperature control;
- Solvent viscosity analyser;
- Direct connection the distillation unit with dedicated level sensors and controlled through the control screen;
- Colour control screen, led by PLC;
- Remote access to control diagnostics (by connection through the user’s internet);
- Includes punching machine and transport bars.
- Silent unit (< 65 dB) with a low impact on working environment.
